Shipping


Most purchases ship within 1-3 days from purchase from our showroom in Fremantle, Western Australia. We currently offer shipping Australia-wide and internationally.

  1. Shipping Rates

Australia: Perth & Interstate

Shipping rates vary based on product size and weight. All Australian shipping rates incude full product insurance.

Collections from the showroom are currently not available.

Fremantle, Western Australia - Free shipping within 10km radius.

Perth Metropolotan area - $25 flat rate.

International

Shipping rate estimate calculated on checkout.

Please note that we obtain a quote from a shipping carrier based on customers exact location and order weight/size. Should shipping rate estimate exceed actual shipping cost, Anfisa will contact customer to settle additional fee or offer a full refund. Standard International shipping does not include product insurance and Anfisa will not be liable for any damaged or lost products. Anfisa can, however arrange insurance upon request.

  1. Shipping Carrier
Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post, Sendle or DHL. Should your item not be suitable for a standard shipping company, we will be in touch with an alternative option.
 
  1. Delivery turnaround times
Across Perth: within 2-3 business days.
Major Australian Cities: within 3-7 business days.
New Zealand: within 10 - 20 business days.
International: around 14 - 30 business days.
 
Please note that shipping delays may occur during high-peak season (i.e Mothers Day, Christmas).
Some postal delays are present due to flight restrictions related to COVID 19 across the world, as well as other matters of unrest. These delays are mostly restricted to international shipping, however there might be regional delays within Australia. While we endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible, postal delays are out of our control. Should you require an item by a specific date, please let us know via hello@anfisa.com.au and we will do our best to expedite your postage if possible.
  1. Packaging
Anfisa is a sustainable practice, therefore we might re-use the boxes and fillers that are available to us. For packaging items purchased, we endeavour to use compostable or biodegradable materials. If your box happens to have bubble wrap in it, don’t worry as it is definitely adopted and has been used before getting to us.
  1. Damaged Parcel

We take great care in ensuring that your purchases have been wrapped well and equipped for safe travel. On the rare occasion that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging/goods and shipping label so that we can notify our shippers, claim insurance if/when available and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Please note that you must notify us within 24 hours from the arrival of the parcel. Should you fail to contact us on time, Anfisa will not take liability for damaged goods.

All Anfisa products are handmade and one-off works; therefore, in case of damage, and if the parcel was insured upon shipping, we are unable replace the product with the same one. However, if the parcel was insured upon shipping, we can offer store credit or replacement (please refer to the replacement section).

  1. Lost Parcels
On the rare occasion that your parcel does not arrive, please notify us via hello@anfisa.com.au. We can then lodge an enquiry with the provider and track the item; or provide either a replacement (if available) or store credit for the value of the product, should a parcel be insured upon shipping. Please note that should you not notify us within 30 working days from the dispatch of the item, Anfisa will not take liability for missing parcels.
  1. Custom Duties for International Shipping
Please note that any import duties and taxes for international shipping must be paid by the recipient of the item upon its delivery to the destination.
 
As fees and charges vary from country to country, please contact your local customs for further information. Anfisa will not be liable for any charges incurred by the customer upon delivery via customs.
 
 

Returns

While we do not offer returns for change of mind, an exchange can be offered at a discretion of Anfisa and must be of the same price value as an originally purchased product. Should exchange occur, any price difference will be provided as a store credit.
 
Exchange will only take place once the product is returned in original condition. Return of the item for exchange and any additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.
